For Mental health awareness week we will holding a week of activities, promoting Oxfordshire Mind, a local mental health charity dedicated to ensuring that anyone experiencing a mental health problem has access to the support and respect they deserve.
We will be holding the below activities:
Mindful Monday: Take a break from the screen and unwind with word searches and Sudoku puzzles available throughout the centre. These activities are perfect for relaxing your mind and enhancing your focus.
Tea Tuesday: Relax and enjoy a variety of free teas offered at the centre. Promoting relaxation and encouraging social interactions over a warm cup of tea.
Wellness Wednesday: Claire will be guiding you through sessions on yoga, meditation, menopause and ways to improve your wellness.
Thoughtful Thursday: Spread positivity and kindness by leaving post-it notes in the kitchen areas – Uplift and inspire everyone who reads them!
Fruit Friday: Enjoy a selection of free fruits available at the centre, promoting nutritious eating habits and highlighting the benefits of incorporating more fruits into your diet.
